Sometimes good things bear repeating.
This is one of those things. I posted this on my blog a long time ago and have also included it in my sidebar under Links to Check Out as "A true story you will not forget."
Make sure you grab a box of tissues before you hit this link. Really, or you'll be wiping your nose on your sleeve. Oh and don't forget to raise the volume on your computer. I like to read posts in silence, but this link is a short video narrated by a loving father. You don't want to miss what he has to say.
God often chooses the weak in this world to display His power. This is one of those times. Be blessed and continue to keep this family in your prayers.

What a touching story. My oldest son was born very sick but God pulled him through. I spent weeks sleeping in the hospital and praying for him. Now at 16, he is big and healthy and I Praise God for gettnig us all though it.
Greg, thanks for sharing that. I'm so glad for you and your son. My oldest is 16 also! God works in different ways in each of our lives, but He is always good and He WILL see us through no matter what when we trust Him!
Oh Susan what an incredible link. I am so touched and I have been crying ...
I ponder my post on abortion and think of a comment that one left about genetic defects. We are not to decide what is to be, for without Eliot we could not have seen God's grace.
thank you so much!

Jen, thank you for your comment. I am crying with you. One day God will wipe away all tears. How awesome is that? God himself will wipe our tears.
His ways are always perfect, yes, even in a world troubled by the effects of sin and sickness. One day all will be made right when Jesus comes to rule and reign. I'm so glad for His grace.
I'll post soon about what moved me to show this video again. I have a friend whose son is dying...
Thanks for sharing the story and I passed it on to someone else.
Susan,
When I first found your blog...late one night I clicked on this link...and bawled my eyes out in the silence of our house...then had my girls watch it and this time I was not alone in my tears...glad you shared it again...it is such a precious tribute to life and love...and celebrating each moment...
